Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 13, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the "GiunUp" service (hereinafter "the Service") provided by GIUN Labs (hereinafter "the Company"), including the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to all AI coaching and lifestyle services available through the mobile application provided by the Company.
  2. "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Member" refers to a user who has signed up and created an account.
  4. "Guest" refers to a person who uses the Service on a trial basis without creating an account.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

  1. These Terms are published on the Service screen or the website (giunup.com).
  2. The Company may modify these Terms within the scope of applicable law and will provide notice at least 7 days before the effective date of any changes.
  3. Users who do not agree to modified Terms may discontinue use and withdraw from the Service.

Article 4 (Service Content)

The services provided by the Company include the following:

Article 5 (Sign-Up and Accounts)

  1. Users may sign up through social login (Kakao, Google).
  2. Guest accounts offer limited trial access, and guest data is automatically deleted after a certain period. Continued use requires sign-up.
  3. Users must provide accurate date of birth information; the Company is not responsible for service results based on inaccurate information.

Article 6 (Paid Services and Payment)

  1. Some features of the Service are available through paid subscriptions.
  2. Paid subscriptions are processed through in-app purchases on app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
  3. Subscription cancellation can be managed through each app store's subscription management.
  4. Free usage is subject to certain feature limitations; details are available within the app.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Article 8 (Company Obligations)

  1. The Company strives to provide the Service continuously and stably in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
  2. The Company manages users' personal information securely and processes it in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  3. The Company strives to promptly address user complaints and feedback related to Service use.

Article 9 (Service Suspension and Changes)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in cases of system maintenance, equipment replacement, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
  2. The Company may change or terminate the Service content and will provide advance notice to users.

Article 10 (AI Service Disclaimer)

  1. Saju analysis, fortune telling, and AI coaching provided through the Service are for entertainment and reference purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
  2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated coaching messages.
  3. Users should use service results as reference material only; the Company is not responsible for decisions made based on such results.

Article 11 (Withdrawal and Usage Restrictions)

  1. Users may request withdrawal at any time through the app's settings.
  2. Upon withdrawal, users' personal information and service usage records are immediately deleted. However, information required to be retained by law will be kept for the applicable period.
  3. The Company may restrict Service use if a user violates the obligations in Article 7.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws.
  2. Disputes related to Service use shall be resolved by the competent court under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms take effect on March 13, 2026.
